Abstract

This study aims to resolve data integration issues in ERP systems used by PT HK Trading & Logistic Limited, namely SAP and PMS eMarian. The main problem is data inconsistencies between the two systems causing procurement delays. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is applied to determine the best ERP system based on system reliability, process efficiency, integration ease, user satisfaction, and cost. The results indicate that SAP outperforms overall. This research recommends adopting SAP as the primary system or developing a new interface system using Microsoft Excel VBA as a data integration bridge.
