Abstract

ABSTRACT Aalya Paloma Carpenta Lova, The Influence of Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at BP3KP Sumatera V (Supervised by Dr. M. Ima Andriyani, SE., M.Si and Yunidar Erlina, SE., M.Si). This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Balai Pelaksana Penyediaan Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (BP3KP) Sumatera V. The background of this research is based on the critical role of optimizing human resources to achieve the performance targets of public service institutions. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method with questionnaires distributed to 95 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques via SPSS version 25 software.The results of the study indicate that: (1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and is the most dominant factor in improving work outcomes; (2) Work Environment has no significant effect on employee performance, indicating that physical work conditions are not the primary determinant of performance fluctuations in this institution; and (3) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the strong internalization of organizational values drives work effectiveness. Simultaneously, these three variables significantly influence employee performance with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 81.2%.Based on these findings, the institution is advised to maintain high levels of discipline and strengthen a dynamic work culture. Although the work environment was found to be non-significant, the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure remains necessary as a supporting aspect for administrative work comfort.
