Abstract

Alat pemeras kelapa parut dipasar tradisional. Mesin atau alat tersebut dijual dengan harga yang relatif tinggi,ergonomis dan kapasitas input yang kecil.Tujuan dari penelitian alat ini adaalah pembuatan modifikasi mesin pemeras santan yang ergonomis ,input besar dan murah .Tahapan yang di gunakan adalah mendekteksi keluhan yang akibatkan oleh pemakaian alat yang tidak terlalu mahal. Dengan ada alat ini sangat membantu bagi pengusaha kecil sehingga dapat menghemat biaya. Kata Kunci: pemeras santan
