Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penulisan laporan akhir ini adalah untuk menjelaskan Langkah-langkah prosedur pengajuan Kredit Pinjaman BRIGUNA Purna (Pensiun) pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Regional Office Palembang. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari proses pengajuan kredit BRIGUNA Purna dari tahap permohonan hingga verifikasi dokumen, analisis kredit, keputusan tentang persetujuan, penandatanganan kontrak, pencairan dana, hingga pembayaran angsuran, dan pengawasan kredit. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa prosedur pengajuan Kredit BRIGUNA Purna dilakukan secara sistematis dan sesuai ketentuan bank, dengan penerapan prinsip kehati-hatian melalui analisis 5C. Kata kunci: Prosedur, Kredit pensiunan, BRIGUNA Purna. xi ABSTRACT The purpose of this final report is to explain the procedural steps for applying for the BRIGUNA Purna (Pension) Loan Credit at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Regional Office Palembang. This study aims to examine the BRIGUNA Purna credit application process, spanning from the application stage to document verification, credit analysis, approval decision, contract signing, fund disbursement, installment payment, and credit monitoring. The data used in this study are qualitative and were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the discussion indicate that the application procedure for the BRIGUNA Purna Credit is carried out systematically and in accordance with bank regulations, applying the principle of prudence through the 5C analysis.
