Abstract

ABSTRAK BUNGA ANDARI” Pengaruh K3, lingkungan Kerja ,Keterlibatan Karyawan, Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Waskita Karya (Persero)Tbk ( Di Bawah Bimbingan Ibu Dr. M Ima Andriyani, SE.,M Si Dan Ibu Yunidar Erlina, SE.,M.Si Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh K3, Lingkungan Kerja , Keterlibatan Karyawan, Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Waskita Karya (Persero)Tbk. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Probalitas sampling yaitu dengan Proportionate Startified Random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 63 karyawan . Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regriasi linier berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan computer statiscal product and service solution (SPSS) Versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa K3, Lingkungan Kerja , Keterlibatan Karyawan dan Kinerja Karyawan Memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Dengan signifikasi sebesar 0.000 < a (0,05) artinya Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Persamaam regresi linear berganda Y= 22.970+ 0,152X1 + 0,275 X2 + 0,200 X3. K3 memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,041 < a (0,05). Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja Karyawan dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000< a (0,05). Keterlibatan Karyawan memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,014 < a (0,05). Kata kunci : K3, lingkungan Kerja , Keterlibatan Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT BUNGA ANDARI: The Influence of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Work Environment, and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance at PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (Supervised by Dr. M. Ima Andriyani, SE., M.Si. and Yunidar Erlina, SE., M.Si.). This study aims to determine the influence of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Work Environment, and Employee Engagement on employee performance at PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. The study employed a probability sampling technique—specifically, proportionate stratified random sampling—resulting in a sample of 63 employees. Data analysis utilized multiple linear regression, processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software, version 26. The results indicate that OHS, Work Environment, and Employee Engagement simultaneously influence employee performance at PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, with a significance level of 0.000 < α (0.05), meaning the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The multiple linear regression equation is Y = 22.970 + 0.152X1 + 0.275X2 + 0.200X3. OHS has a partial influence on employee performance (significance 0.041 < α (0.05)); the work environment has a partial influence on employee performance (significance 0.000 < α (0.05)); and employee engagement has a partial influence on employee performance (significance 0.014 < α (0.05)).
