Abstract
ABSTRAK RYAN SAPUTRA. Respon Tanaman Padi (Oryza Sativa L.) Varietas Inpari 32 akibat Pemupukan Organik dan Anorganik dengan Penyemaian dan Tabela pada Sistem Budidaya Apung. Dibimbing oleh Ir. Ridwan Hanan, M.P. dan Nova Tri Buyana, SP, M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon tanaman padi (Oryza sativa L.) varietas INPARI 32 akibat pemupukan organik dan anorganik dengan penyemaian dan tabela pada sistem budidaya apung. Dilaksanakan di kolam lebak Jakabaring Sport Center yang terletak di Jalan Gubernur H. A. Bastari, Kelurahan 15 Ulu, Kecamatan Jakabaring, Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini dimulai pada tanggal 25 Bulan Januari Tahun 2026 sampai dengan tanggal 10 Bulan Mei Tahun 2026. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode percobaan (experiment) menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) terdiri dari 4 (empat) perlakuan dan 6 (enam) ulangan. Setiap perlakuan di tempatkan pada 1 (satu) Styrofoam, pada masing-masing ulangan (kelompok) terdapat 4 (empat) styrofoam dan 2 (dua) barisan, setiap satuan percobaan terdapat 21 pot, diambil sebanyak 3 sampel tanaman. Total seluruh tanaman sampel sebanyak 72 tanaman. Setiap satuan percobaan ditempatkan pada 1 (satu) styrofoam. Faktor yang diteliti adalah Perlakuan yang sudah dirancang dalam Penelitian ini adalah 1. PoT (Pupuk organik+Tabela/tanam benih langsung), 2. PoS (Pupuk organik+Semai), 3. PaT (Pupuk anorganik+Tabela/tanam benih langsung) dan 4. PaS (Pupuk anorganik+Semai). Peubah yang diamati dalam penilitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah anakan (anakan), jumlah anakan produktif (anakan), kadar klorofil (mg/L), jumlah gabah bernas per rumpun (butir), jumlah gabah hampa per rumpun (butir), bobot 1000 butir gabah bernas (g), kadar air gabah saat panen (%), bobot gabah bernas per rumpun (g), produksi (ton/ha), pH tanah (pH), pH air (pH) dan iklim Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlakuan pemberian pupuk Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlakuan pemberian pupuk anorganik dengan metode tanam benih langsung (PaT) memberikan pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman padi tertinggi, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh tinggi tanaman tertinggi pada umur 63 HST sebesar 70,19 cm, jumlah anakan terbanyak pada umur 98 HST yaitu 50,50 anakan, serta jumlah anakan produktif tertinggi pada umur 98 HST sebanyak 17,33 anakan. Perlakuan pemberian pupuk anorganik dengan metode semai (PaS) memberikan komponen hasil generatif tanaman padi tertinggi yaitu jumlah gabah bernas sebanyak 870,78 butir, bobot 1.000 butir gabah bernas sebesar 24,07 g, kadar air gabah saat panen sebesar 21,65%., bobot gabah bernas sebesar 21,25 g dan potensi hasil produksi 3,4 ton/ha. Inpari 32 Variety due to Organic and Inorganic Fertilization with Seeding and Direct Seeding (Tabela) Methods in Floating Cultivation System. Supervised by Ir. Ridwan Hanan, M.P. and Nova Tri Buyana, SP, M.Si. This study aimed to determine the response of rice plant (Oryza sativa L.) Inpari 32 variety due to organic and inorganic fertilization using seeding and direct seeding (tabela) methods in a floating cultivation system. The research was conducted in the floodplain pool (lebak) of Jakabaring Sport Center, located on Gubernur H. A. Bastari Street, 15 Ulu Village, Jakabaring District, Palembang City. This study was carried out from January 25, 2026, to May 10, 2026. The method used in this research was an experimental method using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 4 (four) treatments and 6 (six) replications. Each treatment was placed on 1 (one) Styrofoam. In each replication (block), there were 4 (four) styrofoams and 2 (two) rows. Each experimental unit contained 21 pots, from which 3 plant samples were taken, making a total of 72 sample plants. The investigated factor consisted of designed treatments: 1. PoT (Organic fertilizer + Direct seeding), 2. PoS (Organic fertilizer + Seeding), 3. PaT (Inorganic fertilizer + Direct seeding), and 4. PaS (Inorganic fertilizer + Seeding). The observed variables in this study were plant height (cm), number of tillers, number of productive tillers, chlorophyll content (mg/L), number of filled grains per hill, number of empty grains per hill, 1000-filled grain weight (g), grain moisture content at harvest (%), filled grain weight per hill (g), yield production (tons/ha), soil pH, water pH, and climate. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the inorganic fertilizer treatment combined with the direct seeding method (PaT) resulted in the highest vegetative growth of the rice plant. This was indicated by the highest plant height at 63 days after planting (DAP) of 70.19 cm, the highest number of tillers at 98 DAP of 50.50 tillers, and the highest number of productive tillers at 98 DAP of 17.33 tillers. On the other hand, the inorganic fertilizer treatment with the seeding method (PaS) provided the highest generative yield components of the rice plant, namely 870.78 filled grains, 1000-filled grain weight of 24.07 g, grain moisture content at harvest of 21.65%, filled grain weight of 21.25 g, and yield potential production of 3.4 tons/ha.
