Abstract

ABSTRAK SANTI APRINA. Analisis Nilai Tambah dan Profitabilitas Agroindustri Miyoga Coffee (Studi Kasus Di Desa Sipatuhu Kecamatan Banding Agung Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan). Dibimbing oleh Dr. Ir. Hj. Manisah, MP dan Ir. Ursula Damayanti, MP Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya nilai tambah dan besarnya profitabilitas yang di peroleh dari pengolahan produk Miyoga Coffee di Kabupaten Oku Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Metode Hayami untuk menganalisis nilai tambah dan analisis profitabilitas melalui teori Downey dan Erickson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Agroindustri Miyoga Coffee melakuk an produksi 40 kali per bulan dengan menghasilkan tiga varian rasa yaitu kopi robusta, kopi pinang dan kopi ginseng dalam kemasan 200 gram. Pengolahan biji kopi robusta menjadi kopi bubuk memberikan nilai tambah yang tinggi. Berdasarkan analisis metode hayami, nilai tambah kopi robusta sebesar Rp.56.968/kg dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 46,50%, kopi pinang menghasilkan nilai tambah sebesar Rp.80.875/kg dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 51,35% dan kopi ginseng sebesar Rp 107.225/Kg dengan rasio nilai nilai tambah sebesar 55,70%. Profitabilitas kopi robusta sebesar 43,53%, kopi pinang sebesar 56,75% dan kopi ginseng 75,99%. Kata Kunci: Nilai tambah, profitabilitas, agroinsutri, dan Oku selatan. ABSTRACT SANTI APRINA. Analysis of Value Added and Profitability of Miyoga Coffee Agroindustry (A Case Study in Sipatuhu Village, Banding Agung District, South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency). Supervised by Dr. Ir. Hj. This study aimed to determine the amount of value added and profitability obtained from the processing of Miyoga Coffee products in South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This research used a case study method with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data analysis was conducted using the Hayami Method to analyze value added and profitability analysis based on the theory of Downey and Erickson. The results showed that Miyoga Coffee Agroindustry conducted production 40 times per month and produced three flavor variants, namely robusta coffee, areca nut coffee, and ginseng coffee, in 200-gram packages. The processing of robusta coffee beans into ground coffee generated high value added. Based on the Hayami Method, robusta coffee generated a value added of Rp56,968/kg with a value-added ratio of 46.50%, areca nut coffee generated a value added of Rp80,875/kg with a value-added ratio of 51.35%, and ginseng coffee generated a value added of Rp107,225/kg with a value-added ratio of 55.70%.
