Abstract

Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. H. Sulbahri Madjir, SE, M.M. and Mr. Dr. Yohan Naftali, ST, MM. This study aims to determine the effect of job promotion and organizational culture on job loyalty and its implications for employee performance at PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation. In this study the population is the employees of PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation with 31 employees. Sampling in this study using saturated sampling technique, namely sampling is done as a whole from a total population of 31 people as research data. From the results of this study. The first hypothesis: Job Promotion has a significant positive effect on Employee Job Loyalty at PT Paragon Technology and Innovation, this is shown by the t statistic of 12,960 ≥ 1.96 or P-value 0.000 <0.05, the second hypothesis: Organizational culture has an effect on Employee Job Loyalty at PT Paragon Technology and Innovation, this is indicated by the t statistic of 2.332 ≥ 1.96 or P-value of 0.020 <0.05, the third hypothesis: Job Promotion has an effect on Employee work performance at PT Paragon Technology and Innovation, this is shown by t-statistic amounting to 2.323 ≥ 1.96 or P-value 0.021 <0.05, fourth: Organizational culture influences employee work performance at PT Paragon Technology and Innovation, this is indicated by the t statistic of 1.984 ≥ 1.96 or P-value of 0.048 <0.05. and the fifth hypothesis: Job Loyalty affects Employee work performance at PT Paragon Technology and Innovation, this is indicated by the t statistic of 2.426 ≥ 1.96 or P-value 0.016 <0.05. and there is an indirect effect between the Job Promotion variable on work performance mediated by the Job Loyalty variable and the organizational culture variable on the work performance mediated by the Job Loyalty variable with a significant value <0.05 meaning that it has an indirect effect or in the sense that it can be a variable mediation is also the R Square value of the Job Loyalty variable of 0.810, which means that the work performance variable which can be explained by Job Loyalty (Y1) on Job Promotion and Organizational Culture is 81%. For the value of R Square for work performance of 0.864, it means that the variable of work performance can be explained by the variables of Job Loyalty, Job Promotion and Organizational Culture by 86.4%.
