Abstract

ABSTRACT AHDIAH, THE INFLUENCE OF WORK ENVIRONMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON WORK MOTIVATION AND ITS IMPACT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE OF BPK PERWAKILAN, SOUTH SUMATRA PROVINCE, under the guidance of Dr. Djatmiko Noviantoro, SE., M.Si and Dr. Yohan Naftali, ST, MM. This study aims to determine and prove the influence of the Work Environment, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation on Employees Performance The Audit Board of Republic of Indonesia Representative Office of South Sumatera This study used the PLS-SEM design / method: Conclusion: (1) There is an influence of the Work Environment on Work Motivation. (2) There is an influence of Organizational Culture on Work Motivation. (3) There is an influence of the work environment on performance. (4) There is an influence of Organizational Culture on Performance. (5) There is an influence of work motivation on performance. (6) The work environment affects performance mediated by the work motivation of BPK Representatives of South Sumatra Province employees. (7) Organizational culture affects performance mediated by the work motivation of BPK Representatives of South Sumatra Province employees. It is recommended to the BPK Representative of South Sumatra Province to improve employee performance, it can be done with a program to increase the application of the work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation because all of them have a positive influence on performance.
