Abstract
ABSTRAK HUSNIATI, Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Berdampak Pada Kinerja Guru SMK NU Muara Padang, dibawah bimbingan Ibu Dr. Msy. Mikial, SE, M.Si, AK. CA dan Bapak Dr. Djatmiko Noviantoro, SE, M.Si Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Berdampak Pada Kinerja Guru SMK NU Muara Padang baik secara langsung Maupun secara tidak langsung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK NU Muara Padang yang beralamat di Sidomulyo, Muara Padang, Banyu Asin Regency, South Sumatra 30975. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai SMK NU Muara Padang sedangkan sampel adalah bagian dari populasi yang akan dijadikan objek penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi adalah 143 orang. Pada penelitian ini akan diambil sampel sebanyak 105 orang. Perhitungan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan perhitungan ukuran sampel yang didasarkan atas kesalahan 5%. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS), dengan cara Menilai outer model atau measurement model dan Menilai inner model atau struktural model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Hipotesis pertama: Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja (Y2). hasil nilai P-Value adalah 0,000 ≤ 0,05, sehingga disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi Kerja SMK NU Muara Padang. Hipotesis kedua: Kompensasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja (Y2). hasil nilai P-Value adalah 0,000 ≤ 0,05, sehingga disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan Kompensasi terhadap Motivasi Kerja SMK NU Muara Padang. Hipotesis ketiga: Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y1). hasil nilai T P-Value adalah 0,000 ≤ 0,05, sehingga disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK NU Muara Padang. Hipotesis keempat: Kompensasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y1). hasil nilai P-Value adalah 0,000 ≤ 0,05, sehingga disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Guru guru SMK NU Muara Padang. Hipotesis kelima: Motivasi Kerja (Y2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y1). hasil nilai P-Value adalah 0,000 ≤ 0,05, sehingga disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK NU Muara Padang. Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK NU Muara Padang memiliki pengaruh yang tidak langsung dengan Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi atau variabel perantara dibuktikan dengan nilai P-Value adalah 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK NU Muara Padang memiliki pengaruh yang tidak langsung dengan Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi atau variabel perantara dibuktikan dengan nilai P-Value adalah 0,001 ≤ 0,05. Dapat dilihat nilai R2 untuk variabel laten Kinerja Guru sebagai variabel mediasi sebesar 0,907, yang artinya nilai tersebut mengidentifikasi bahwa variasi Kinerja Guru dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel laten eksogen (Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kompensasi) sebesar 90,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 9,3 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain dan nilai R2 untuk variabel laten Motivasi Kerja sebesar 0,951, yang artinya nilai tersebut mengidentifikasi bahwa variasi Motivasi Kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel eksogen sebesar 95,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 4,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian. Dari model yang dibangun pada penelitian ini, dan dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan Smart-PLS, maka dapat disarankan kepada SMK NU Muara Padang. Untuk program peningkatan kinerja. Dari 3 variabel yang digunakan untuk melihat pengaruh terhadap kinerja, yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja, semuanya memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja,. Namun dari ketiga variabel tersebut, dapat diprioritaskan peningkatan Kompensasi. Karena dari 11 indikator Kompensasi, 4 indikator memiliki nilai cross loading yang cukup tinggi, yaitu lebih dari 0,9. Diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya dapat meneliti variabel lainya terhadap kinerja Pegawai selain ketiga variabel tersebut untuk menemukan karakter dan perilaku Pegawai di SMK NU Muara Padang. yang berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan hasil pada penelitian ini juga sangat mungkin berbeda untuk fokus (variabel) yang lain. CA and Mr. Dr. Djatmiko Noviantoro, SE, M.Sc This study aims to determine and prove the Effect of Leadership Style and Compensation on Work Motivation Impacts the Performance of Muara Padang Vocational School Teachers both directly and indirectly. This research was conducted at Muara Padang NU Vocational School which is located in Sidomulyo, Muara Padang, Banyu Asin Regency, South Sumatra 30975. The population in this study were all employees of Muara Padang Vocational School NU, while the sample was part of the population that would be the object of research. In this study the population was 143 people. In this study 105 samples will be taken. Calculation of the number of samples using the Slovin formula with a sample size calculation based on a 5% error. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method, by assessing the outer model or measurement model and assessing the inner model or structural model. The results of this study indicate that, the first Hypothesis: Leadership Style (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation (Y2). the result of the P-Value value is 0,000 ≤ 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of Leadership Style on Work Motivation at Muara Padang Vocational High School. The second hypothesis: Compensation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation (Y2). the results of the P-Value is 0,000 ≤ 0.05, so it concluded that there was a significant effect of Compensation on Work Motivation at Muara Padang Vocational High School. Third Hypothesis: Leadership Style (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y1). the results of the T-P value were 0,000 ≤ 0.05, so it was concluded that there was a significant influence of the Leadership Style (X1) on the Performance of Muara Padang Vocational School Teachers. The fourth hypothesis: Compensation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y1). the result of the P-Value value is 0,000 ≤ 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of Compensation on Teacher Performance of Muara Padang Vocational School teachers. The fifth hypothesis: Work Motivation (Y2) has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y1). the results of the P-Value is 0,000 ≤ 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of Work Motivation on the Performance of Muara Padang Vocational School Teachers. The Effect of Leadership Style on Teacher Performance in Muara Padang Vocational High School has an indirect effect on Work Motivation as a mediating variable or an intermediate variable as evidenced by the P-Value of 0,000 ≤ 0.05. Effect of Compensation on the Performance of Muara Padang Vocational School Teachers has an indirect effect on Work Motivation as a mediating variable or an intermediate variable as evidenced by the P-Value value of 0.001 ≤ 0.05. It can be seen that the R2 value for the latent variable of Teacher Performance as a mediating variable is 0.907, which means that the value identifies that variations in Teacher Performance can be explained by exogenous latent variables (Leadership and Compensation Style) of 90.7% while the remaining 9.3% is explained by Other variables and R2 for the latent variable of Work Motivation are 0.951, which means that the value identifies that variations in Work Motivation can be explained by exogenous variables at 95.1% while the remaining 4.9% is explained by variables not found in the study. From the model built in this study, and from the results of hypothesis testing using Smart-PLS, it can be suggested to SMK NU Muara Padang. For performance improvement programs. Of the 3 variables used to see the effect on performance, namely Leadership Style, Compensation and Work Motivation, all have a positive influence on performance. But of the three variables, priority can be given to increasing compensation. Because of the 11 compensation indicators, 4 indicators have a high cross loading value, which is more than 0.9. It is expected that further researchers can examine other variables on employee performance in addition to the three variables to find the character and behavior of employees at Muara Padang Vocational High School. which has a significant positive effect on performance, and the results in this study are also very likely to be different for other focus (variables).
