Abstract

Desa Soak Batok is a village located in Kecamatan Indralaya Utara Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Utara, Sumatra Selatan. The village has a population of 3,566. Where there is no clean water supply system, the distance of the nearest water source is the River of deprivation which is part of the Musi watershed area. The Sungai Keramasan has a watershed area of 250.00 km2. This research was conducted to determine the Availability of The Water River and The Need for Clean Water Desa Soak Batok , using primary data, namely Non-Domestic building data and secondary data, namely Domestic building data, rainfall data, land use data and climatology data obtained from BMKG Kota Palembang. Evapotranspiration calculation method using The Modification Penman method and debit calculation using the F.J Mock method. From the results of the analysis obtained the calculation of the availability of water of the Sungai Keramasan using the flagship debit (Q91) and the results of the calculation of the water needs of Domestic Soak Batok Village 0.0330 m3 / sec and Non-Domestic 0.00123 m3 / sec Total domestic and non-domestic water needs 0.0342 m3 / sec. Based on the results of the comparison, the availability of water for clean water needs in Desa Soak Batok is sufficient throughout the year.
