Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja serta dampaknya pada Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) guru di Sekolah Islam Al-Fahd. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengolah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada Guru Sekolah Islam Al-Fahd sebanyak 56 responden dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Kemudian data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji R-square dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian didapatkan nilai validitas dari masing-masing konstruk Motivasi (X1) sebesar 0,636, Budaya Organisasi (X2) sebesar 0,695, Kepuasan Kerja (Y) sebesar 0,682 dan Ocb (Z) sebesar 0,606. Kemudian nilai reliabilitas konstruk melalui composite reliabilty pada Motivasi (X1) sebesar 0,924, Budaya Organisasi (X2) sebesar 0,932, Kepuasan Kerja (Y) sebesar 0,928 dan OCB (Z) sebesar 0,885. Hasil analisis koefisien jalur menunjukkan hasil : (1) Motivasi berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. (2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. (3) Motivasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap OCB guru. (4) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap OCB guru. (5) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB guru. (6) Kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap OCB guru. (7) Kepuasan Kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap OCB guru. Terhadap hasil penelitian ini variabel kepuasan kerja memediasi penuh variabel Motivasi, Budaya Organisasi terhadap dampak pada perilaku OCB guru. Terhadap hal tersebut organisasi sekolah dapat memperhatikan apa saja yang menjadi indikator terhadap kepuasan kerja guru yang ada di lingkungan sekolah Islam Al-Fahd. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) ABSTRACT The purpose of research is to know the influence of Motivation and Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction and its impact on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of teachers at Al-Fahd Islamic School. In this research, use quantitative methods by processing primary data obtained through questionnaires given to 56 teachers of Al-Fahd Islamic School as respondents using a saturated sample technique. Then the data obtained were processed using partial least square (PLS) analysis techniques with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The analysis used in this research includes validity test, reliability test, R-square test and path analysis. Based on the test results, the validity value of each Motivation construct (X1) was 0.636, Organizational Culture (X2) was 0.695, Job Satisfaction (Y) was 0.682 and Ocb (Z) was 0.606. Then the value of construct reliability through composite reliabilty on Motivation (X1) is 0.924, Organizational Culture (X2) is 0.932, Job Satisfaction (Y) is 0.928 and OCB (Z) is 0.885. The results of the path coefficient analysis show the results of: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. (3) Motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on the teacher's OCB. (4) Organizational Culture has a positive but insignificant effect on OCB teachers. (5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher OCB. (6) Job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of motivation on teacher OCB. (7) Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on teacher OCB. Against the results of this research, the variables of job satisfaction mediated the variables motivation, organizational culture on the impact on the behavior of OCB teachers. In this regard, school organizations can pay attention to what are indicators of teacher job satisfaction in the Al-Fahd Islamic school environment.
