Abstract

ABSTRAK SALFADILLA ANDETA, Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Cindo Jaya Group Palembang Dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening. ( Dibawah Bimbingan Dr. Djatmiko Noviantoro, SE. M.si dan Dr. Yolanda Veybitha, SE. M.si ) Kinerja karyawan adalah salah satu factor yang menjadi penentu keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Sehubung dengan itu, skripsi ini pada dasarnya membahas kinerja karyawan Pt. Cindo Jaya Group Palembang. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menetahui pengaru kecerdasan emosional, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Pt. Cindo Jaya Group Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik analisis jalur. Populasinya adalah karyawan Pt. Cindo Jaya Group Palembang.Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 43 orang responden serta kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data responden. Metode analisisn yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan partial least square (PLS) dengan uji koefisien outher model dan inner model. Hasil penelitan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional perpengaruh terhadap motivasi, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, dan motivasi betpengaruh terhadap kinerja. M.si) Employee performance is one of the factors that determine the success of a company. In connection with that, this thesis basically discusses the performance of employees of Pt. Cindo Jaya Group Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and motivation on the performance of Pt employees. Cindo Jaya Group Palembang. This study uses path analysis techniques. The population is employees of Pt. Cindo Jaya Group Palembang. The research sample consisted of 43 respondents and questionnaires as a means of collecting respondent data. The analytical method used in this study uses the partial least squares (PLS) with the outer model and inner model coefficient tests. The results of research studies show that emotional intelligence influences motivation, organizational commitment influences motivation, emotional intelligence influences performance, organizational commitment influences performance, and motivation influences performance.
