Abstract

ABSTRAK Suly Agustina, Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Insentif Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Serta Dampak Pada Kinerja Karyawan CV. Masterpiece Palembang. (Dibawah Bimbingan Bapak Djatmiko Noviantoro,S.E.,M.Si dan Ibu Yolanda Veybitha,S.E.,M.Si) Penelitian ini mengunakan Metode Kuantitatif dilakukan tujuannya untuk mengetahui seberapa besar, Pengaruh lingkungan kerja (X1), insentif (X2) dan Kepuasan Kerja (Y) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Z) CV. Masterpiece Palembang. Dengan menyebarkan koesioner online yang terdiri dari 32 responden dengan item pertanyaan skala likert lima point. Data penelitian ini diolah menggunakan alat analisis smart PLS 3.2.9 dan metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yaitu model persamaan dengan pendekatan berbasis varians dan pemodelan persamaan struktural bebasis komponen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja X1, insentif X2, kepuasan kerja (Y) dan kinerja karyawan (Z). Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan CV. Masterpice Palembang, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh t statistic sebesar 2,368 > 1,96 atau P – value 0,018 < 0,005. Artimya lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan CV. Masterpiece Palembang. Dan Terdapat pengaruh insentif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan CV.M asterpice Palembang, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh t statistic 3,349 > 1,96 , atau P – value 0,007 < 0,005. Artinya insentif berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan CV. Masterpiece Palembang. Terdapat pengaruh ligkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Masterpiece Palembang, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh t statistic 2,707 > 1, 96, atau P – value 0,007 < 0,005. Artinya lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Masterpiece Palembang. Terdapat pengaruh insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Masterpice Palembang, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh t statistic sebesar 2,424 > 1,96 atau P – value 0,016 < 0,005 . Artinya insentif berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Masterpiece Palembang. Terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV .Masterpiece Palembang, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh t statistic sebesar 3,738 > 1, 96 atau P - value 0, 000 < 0,005 . Artinya kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Masterpice Palembang. Palembang Masterpieces. (Under the Guidance of Mr. Djatmiko Noviantoro, S.E., M.Si and Mrs. Yolanda Veybitha, S.E., M.Si) study used the Quantitative Method to determine how much influence the work environment (X1), incentives (X2) and job satisfaction (Y) had on employee performance (Z) CV. Palembang Masterpieces. By distributing an online questionnaire consisting of 32 respondents with a five-point Likert scale question item. The research data was processed using the smart PLS 3.2.9 analysis tool and the research method in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which is an equation model with a variance-based approach and component-based structural equation modeling. The results of this study indicate that the X1 work environment, X2 incentives, job satisfaction (Y) and employee performance (Z). There is an influence of the work environment on job satisfaction of CV employees. Masterpice Palembang, this is indicated by the t statistic of 2.368 > 1.96 or P – value 0.018 < 0.005. This means that the work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction of CV employees. Palembang Masterpieces. And there is an influence of incentives on job satisfaction of CV.M asterpice Palembang employees, this is shown by the t statistic 3.349 ≥ 1.96, or P – value 0.007 ≤ 0.05. This means that incentives have a positive effect on job satisfaction of CV employees. Palembang Masterpieces. There is an influence of the work environment on the performance of CV employees. Palembang masterpiece, this is shown by the t statistic 2.707 > 1.96, or P – value 0.007 < 0.005. This means that the work environment has a positive effect on the performance of CV employees. Palembang Masterpieces. There is an influence of incentives on the performance of CV employees. Masterpice Palembang, this is indicated by the t statistic of 2.424 > 1.96 or P – value 0.016 < 0.005 . This means that incentives have a positive effect on the performance of CV employees. Palembang Masterpieces. There is an effect of job satisfaction on the performance of CV. Masterpiece Palembang employees, this is shown by the t statistic of 3.738 > 1.96 or P - value 0.000 < 0.005 .
