Abstract

ABSTRAK Efridita Lestari, Pengaruh Human Relation, Disiplin Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. (Dibawah bimbingan Bapak Dr. Ir. Hj. Yusro Hakimah, M.M dan Bapak Herlan Junaidi, S.E., M.Si). Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Human Relation, Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Sampel Penlitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 73 orang. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh (sensus). Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan spss statistic 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Human relation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Sumatera Selatan; 2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Sumatera Selatan; 3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Sumatera Selatan; 4) Human Relation, Disiplin Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. human relation, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki kemampuan menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai sebesar 41,8% dan sisanya sebesar 58,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : human relation, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ABSTRACT Efridita Lestari, The Influence of Human Relations, Work Discipline, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Department of Culture and Tourism of South Sumatra Province. (Under the guidance of Mrs. Dr. Ir. Hj. Yusro Hakimah, M.M and Mr. Herlan Junaidi, S.E., M.Si). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Human Relations, Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Department of Culture and Tourism of South Sumatra Province. The sample for this research is all employees, totaling 73 people. Determination of the number of samples using a saturated sample (census). The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Statistic 23.0. The results of the study show that: 1) Human relations has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the South Sumatra Province Culture and Tourism Office; 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the South Sumatra Province Culture and Tourism Office; 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the South Sumatra Province Culture and Tourism Office; 4) Human Relations, Work Discipline, and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the South Sumatra Province Culture and Tourism Office. human relations, work discipline and work environment have the ability to explain their influence on employee performance variables by 41.8% and the remaining 58.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
