Abstract
ABSTRAK Nadia Rahayu Sasyabila NPM. 1901110175. Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Konflik Kerja, Kompensasi dan Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Mitra Bangun Sriwijaya Abadi di Kota Palembang. Dengan Pembimbing 1 Bapak Rudi Chairudin,S.E.,MP dan Pembimbing 2 Ibu Yuni Adinda Putri,S.E, M.Si. Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Universitas Tridinanti Palembang Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Konflik Kerja, Kompensasi dan Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Mitra Bangun Sriwijaya Abadi Di Kota Palembang . Data diperoleh dari penyebarang kuisioner kepada 50 orang karyawan PT. Mitra Bangun Sriwijaya Abadi di Kota Palembang. Data tersebut diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji multikolinearitas, variabel bebas menunjukan bahwa nilai VIF = 1,208, 1,784, 1,252 dan 1,557 dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 10, jika nilai VIF < 10, maka dapat disimpulkan data bebas dari gejala multikolinieritas. Uji autokorelasi diketahui untuk nilai DW = 1,549 selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan nilai tabel signifikansi 5% (0,05) dengan jumlah sampel 50 dan jumlah variabel independen 4 (K=4) sehingga didapatkan hasil dU dari tabel r = 1,3779. Nilai DW lebih besar dari batas dU dan kurang dari (4-dU) = 4 - 1,3779 = 2,6221. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat autokorelasi. diperoleh angka R sebesar 0,817 dengan nilai interval koefisien yaitu 0,750 – 0,999 (Sangat Kuat). Variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X1), Konflik Kerja (X2), Kompensasi (X3) dan Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja (X4) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Fhitung sebesar 22,626 dengan signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. With Advisor 1 Mr. Rudi Chairudin,S.E.,MP and Supervisor 2 Mrs. Yuni Adinda Putri,S.E, M.Sc. Faculty of Economic and Busines, University of Tridinanti Palembang Academic Year 2022/2023. The purpose of this research is to determine the magnitude of the Influence of the Work Environment, Work Conflict, Compensation and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) on Employee Performance at PT. Mitra Bangun Sriwijaya Abadi in Palembang City . Data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 50 employees of PT. Mitra Bangun Sriwijaya Abadi in Palembang City. The data was processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the multicollinearity test, the independent variables show that the VIF value = 1.208, 1.784, 1.252 and 1.557 where the value is smaller than 10, if the VIF value < 10, it can be concluded that the data is free from multicollinearity symptoms. It is known that the autocorrelation test for DW = 1.549 is then compared with the significance table value of 5% (0.05) with a total sample of 50 and a total of 4 independent variables (K = 4) so that the dU result is obtained from table r = 1.3779. The DW value is greater than the dU limit and less than (4-dU) = 4 - 1.3779 = 2.6221. So it can be concluded that there is no autocorrelation. an R number of 0.817 is obtained with a coefficient interval value of 0.750 – 0.999 (Very Strong). Work Environment Variables (X1), Work Conflict (X2), Compensation (X3) and Occupational Health and Safety (X4) simultaneously affect Employee Performance with Fcount of 22.626 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05.
