Abstract
ABSTRAK MEITA PUTRI ANDINI, Pengaruh Pelatihan, Pengembangan Karir,Komunikasi dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Kage Dwijaya Palembang. Pengaruh Pelatihan, Pengembangan Karir,Komunikasi dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan membuktikan Pengaruh Insentif, Disiplin Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Kage Dwijaya Palembang secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi, uji simultan (F) dan uji parsial (t) dengan menggunakan SPSS 26.0.. Berdasarkan hasil analisa terhadap uji F maka diperoleh nilai signifikan F (0.000)<0.05 sehingga variabel pelatihan, pengembangan karir, komunikasi ,kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.sedangkan uji T makan diperoleh secara parsial dari hasil variabel pelatihan (X1) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Pengembangan Karir (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Komunikasi (X3) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan,Kompensasi (X4) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi atau adjusted R square (R2) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,951.variabel kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh vairabel pelatihan. Pengembangan komunikasi dan kompensasi yang diperoleh 4,9%, dapat dilihat dari faktor lain yang tidak ikut diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this study is to determine, analyze, and prove the influence of incentives, work discipline and organizational climate on employee effectiveness at PT. Kage Dwijaya Palembang simultaneously or partially. This study uses multiple linear analysis. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, simultaneous test (F) and partial test (t) using SPSS 26.0. Based on the results of the analysis of the F test, a significant value of F (0.000) <0.05 is obtained, so that the variables of training, career development, communication, compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the T-test is obtained partially from the results of the training variable (X1). has an effect on employee performance, Career Development (X2) has no effect on employee performance, Communication (X3) has an effect on employee performance, Compensation (X4) has an effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination or adjusted R square (R2) obtained is 0.951. The employee performance variable can be explained by the training variable.
