Abstract

ABSTRAK MUHAMAD RIDWAN. Pengaruh Pemberian Berbagai Dosis Pupuk Bokashi Kotoran Sapi terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Bayam Merah (Alternanthera amoena Voss.) Dibimbing oleh YULIANTINA AZKA dan MIRANTY TRINAWATY. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pemberian berbagai dosis pupuk bokashi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam merah (Alternanthera amoena Voss.). Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan PT. Pusri Palembang, Jl. Mayor zen, Lorong Abadi, di Kelurahan Sei Selincah, Kecamatan Kalidoni, Kota Palembang, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2022 sampai dengan bulan November 2022. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 5 (lima) perlakuan dan 5 (lima) ulangan. Jumlah tanaman yang diteliti dalam satuan percobaan yaitu 3 (tiga) tanaman sampel. Perlakuan yang diteliti adalah P0 = (Tanpa Pupuk Bokashi), P1 = 45 g/polibag, P2 = 90 g/polibag, P3 = 135 g/polibag, P4 = 180 g/polibag. Peubah yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), berat basah per tanaman (g), berat basah per petak (g). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh pemberian berbagai dosis pupuk bokashi kotoran sapi memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam merah. Pemberian pupuk bokashi kotoran sapi 180 g/polybag menghasilkan tinggi tanaman 30 cm, jumlah daun 14.80 helai, berat basah per tanaman 14.73 g dan berat basah per petak 406.64 g dan populasi per hektar tanaman bayam merah adalah 1.1 ton. This study aims to examine the effect of various doses of bokashi fertilizer on the growth and yield of red spinach (Alternanthera amoena Voss.). This research was carried out in the experimental garden of PT. Pusri Palembang, Jl. Mayor of zen, Lorong Abadi, in Sei Selincah Village, Kalidoni District, Palembang City, South Sumatera Province. This research was conducted from September 2022 to November 2022. The research design used was an experimental method using a randomized block design (RBD) with 5 (five) treatments and 5 (five) replications. The number of plants studied in one experiment was 3 (three) sample plants. The treatments studied were P0 = (without Bokashi), P1 = 45 g/polybag, P2 = 90 g/polybag, P3 = 135 g/polybag, P4 = 180 g/polybag. The variables observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), fresh weight per plant (g) and fresh weight per plot (g). Based on the research results, it can be interpreted that the effect of giving various doses of cow dung bokashi fertilizer has a good effect on the growth and yield of red spinach plants. The application of 180 g/polybag bokashi cow dung fertilizer resulted in a plant height of 30 cm, the number of leaves was 14.80, the wet weight per plant was 14.73 g and the wet weight per plot was 406.64 g and the population per hectare of red spinach plants was 1.1 tons.
