Abstract

Sumanto. Analisis Nilai Tambah Susu Kerbau Menjadi Gulo Puan Di Desa Bangsal Kecamatan Pampangan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir dengan pembimbing ibu Dr. Ir. Hj. Manisah, MP dan bapak Dr. Nasir, SP, M.Si. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai tambah dan pendapatan susu kerbau sebagai bahan baku gulo puan pada kelompok usaha kelompok gulo puan di Desa Bangsal Kecamatan Pampangan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai tambah susu kerbau pada pada kelompok usaha gulo puan di Desa Bangsal dengan 8 kali proses produksi setiap bulannya yaitu sebesar Rp 7.934, sedangkan rata-rata pendapatan yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar Rp 1.957.312 dengan R/C sebesar 1,41. Hj, Manisah, MP and Mr. Nasir SP, M.Si. The purpose of this study was to determine the added value and income of buffalo milk as a raw material for gulo puan in the gulo puan bussines group in Bangsal Village, Pampangan Sub District, Ogan Komering Ilir District. The result of this study obtainted the added value of buffalo milk in the gulo puan bussines group in Bangsal Village with 8 times the productions process every month, which is equal to Rp 7.934, with an average income that is equal to Rp. 1.957.312 With R/C 1,41.
