Abstract

MEDI RIANSYAH, Pengaruh Punishment, Motivasi Kinerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Cabang Veteran Palembang. (Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Dr. M. Ima Andriyani, S.E., M.Si. dan Ibu Kamariah, S.E., M.M.) Pada dasarnya, skripsi ini membahas bagaimana pengaruh Punishment, Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Adira Dinamika Muli Finance Cabang Veteran Palembang. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis besar pengaruh Punishment, Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Adira Dinamika Muli Finance Cabang Veteran Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif dengan teknik kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa question. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan cara wawancara, kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan PT. Adira Dinamika Muli Finance Cabang Veteran Palembang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 87 orang responden dengan menggunakan metode jenuh. Untuk menganalisa data, peneliti menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji multikolinearitas), regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t), uji koefisien korelasi (R) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian uji simultan menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 artinya Punishment, Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Pengujian parsial untuk Punishment nilai signifikan 0,408 > 0,05 artinya Punishment tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Pada Motivasi Kerja menunjukkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,035 < 0,05 dan Lingkungan Kerja menunjukkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,002 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Basically, this thesis discusses how the influence of Punishment, Work Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Adira Dinamika Muli Finance Veteran Branch Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of punishment, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Adira Dinamika Muli Finance Veteran Branch Palembang. This research uses associative research methods with quantitative techniques. The data source used in this research is primary data in the form of questions. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. The population in this study were all employees of PT Adira Dinamika Muli Finance Veteran Branch Palembang. The sample in this study were 87 respondents using the saturated method. To analyze the data, researchers used descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test), multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (F test and t test), correlation coefficient test (R) and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of simultaneous test research show a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that punishment, work motivation and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance. Partial testing for Punishment a significant value of 0.408> 0.05 means that Punishment has no effect on Employee Performance. In Work Motivation shows a significant value of 0.035 <0.05 and the Work Environment shows a significant value of 0.002 <0.05.
