Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui ragam kalimat pada berita online SRIPOKU.COM, (2) mendeskripsikan implikasi terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simak. Teknik simak merupakan teknik yang digunakan dengan cara menyimak sebuah tulisan serta untuk memperoleh data. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode padan intralingual dan metode ekstralingual. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini merupakan berita online SRIPOKU.COM. Waktu penelitian pada penelitian ini yang dilakukan selama 1 bulan yaitu dari tanggal 1-31 Januari 2023. Data tersebut dikumpulkan dari setiap berita online di SRIPOKU.COM pada kalimat deklaratif, kalimat interogatif, kalimat imperatif dan kalimat eksklamatif. Data pada penelitian ini adalah berita politik dalam SRIPOKU.COM Edisi Januari 2023. Data diperoleh selama satu bulan (31 hari) sebanyak 30 berita. Berita diurutkan berdasarkan tanggal unggahan berita online di SRIPOKU.COM mulai dari tanggal 1—31 Januari 2023, akan tetapi dari 31 hari tersebut hanya tanggal 7 Januari 2023 yang tidak ditemukan berita politik. Kemudian setiap berita diberi keterangan tanggal saat data diunggah. Hasil dalam penelitian ini ditemukan kalimat deklaratif, kalimat interogatif, kalimat dan imperatif, sedangkan kalimat eksklamatif tidak ditemukan. Kalimat deklaratif yang paling dominan ditemukan disetiap berita karena kalimat deklaratif ini suatu kalimat berita yang berisi kalimat pernyataan yang diakhiri dengan tanda titik. Berdasarkan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini maka dikemukakan saran (1) diharapkan semoga hasil penelitian ini dapat menyempurnakan penelitian penelitian sebelumnya mengenai ragam kalimat dan juga dapat dijadikan acuan untuk penelitian mengenai ragam kalimat berdasarkan bentuk sintaksis pada berita online, (2) saran untuk peneliti lain supaya kedepannya ada lagi penelitian tentang ragam kalimat pada berita online dengan pendekatan penelitian dan teori yang berbeda. Dengan demikian akan semakin menambah wawasan dan memudahkan bagi pembaca untuk memahami ragam kalimat pada berita politik. Kata Kunci: ragam kalimat, berita online, implikasinya viii ABSTRACT This research aims (1) to determine the variety of sentences in the SRIPOKU.COM online news, (2) to describe the implications for Indonesian language learning. This type of research is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this research uses the listening technique. The listening technique is a technique used by listening to writing and to obtain data. The data analysis technique in this research uses the intralingual matching method and the extralingual method. The data source in this research is the online news SRIPOKU.COM. The research time in this study was carried out for 1 month, namely from January 1-31 2023. The data was collected from every online news item on SRIPOKU.COM in declarative sentences, interrogative sentences, imperative sentences and exclamative sentences. The data in this research is political news in the January 2023 Edition of SRIPOKU.COM. Data was obtained for one month (31 days) for 30 news stories. News is sorted based on the date the news was uploaded online on SRIPOKU.COM starting from January 1-31 2023, however, of these 31 days, only January 7 2023 was not found with political news. Then each news item is given a description of the date when the data was uploaded. The results in this study found declarative sentences, interrogative sentences, sentences and imperatives, while exclamative sentences were not found. The most dominant declarative sentence is found in every news because this declarative sentence is a news sentence that contains a statement sentence ending with a period. Based on the conclusions of this research, suggestions are put forward: (1) it is hoped that the results of this research can improve previous research regarding the variety of sentences and can also be used as a reference for research on the variety of sentences based on syntactic forms in online news, (2) suggestions for other researchers so that in the future There is more research on the variety of sentences in online news with different research approaches and theories. This will increase insight and make it easier for readers to understand the various sentences in political news. Keywords: veriety of sentence, online news, the implications
