Abstract
ABSTRAK ARLOJI MUAZZIN , Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Deskripsi Jabatan, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Sarana Pembangunan Palembang Jaya Unit Usaha Jaringan Gas Kota Palembang . (Dibawah bimbingan Ibu . Lusia Nargis S.E., M.Si. dan Bapak Rudy Chairudin, SE., M.P.) Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh langkah awal dalam proses membentuk sumber daya manusia atau karyawan yang berkualitas bagi perusahaan sehingga mampu mengerjakan tugas dengan efektif dan efisien sehingga tujuan perusahaan dapat dicapai. Penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling. Non probability sampling adalah tehnik pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberi peluang atau kesempatan yang sama bagi setiap unsur atau anggota untuk dipilih menjadi sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah bagian dari populasi yang menggambarkan kondisi populasi. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. sampel sebanyak 86 orang. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliablitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa beban kerja, deskripsi jabatan, ksehatan dan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karayawan pada Karyawan Pada PT Sarana Pembangunan Palembang Jaya Unit Usaha Jaringan Gas Kota Palembang secara simultan. Dengan persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 12.435+0.559(X1)+1.093(X2)+0.956(X3)+0.784(X4) Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,824 dan koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) diperoleh sebesar 0,662. Hal ini berarti 66,2% variabel kinerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel beban kerja, deskripsi jabatan, Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja sedangkan 34% (100% - 66%) dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan tabel hasil uji parsial (uji t) dapat dijelaskan dengan variabel Bbeban Kerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y), Variabel Deskripsi Jabatan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja (Y), Variabel Kesehatan Kerja(X3), Variabel Keselamatan Kerja(X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadapkinerja (Y). Kata kunci:Beban Kerja ,Deskripsi Jabatan, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja,Kinerja ABSTRACT ARLOJI MUAZZIN, The Influence of Workload, Position Description, Work Health and Safety on Employee Performance at PT Sarana Pembangunan Palembang Jaya, Palembang City Gas Network Business Unit. (Under the guidance of Ms. Lusia Nargis S.E., M.Sc. and Mr. Rudy Chairudin, SE., M.P.) This research is motivated by the initial step in the process of forming quality human resources or employees for the company so that they are able to carry out tasks effectively and efficiently so that company goals can be achieved. This research uses non-probability sampling. Non-probability sampling is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for each element or member to be selected as a sample. The sample in this research is part of the population which describes the condition of the population. The sampling method in this research used saturated sampling. The sample was 86 people. Data analysis techniques in this research use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests (R2) and hypothesis tests. Based on the research results, it was concluded that workload, job description, work health and safety had a significant effect on employee performance at PT Sarana Pembangunan Palembang Jaya, Palembang City Gas Network Business Unit simultaneously. With the multiple linear regression equation Y = 12.435+0.559(X1)+1.093(X2)+0.956(X3)+0.784(X4) Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, the correlation coefficient (R) value was 0.824 and the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) was 0.662. This means that 66.2% of performance variables can be explained by workload variables, job descriptions, occupational health and safety, while 34% (100% - 66%) is explained by other factors not examined in this research. Based on the table of partial test results (t test) it can be explained that the Workload variable (X1) has a significant effect on performance (Y), the Position Description Variable (X2) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), the Occupational Health Variable (X3), the Occupational Safety Variable (X) has a significant effect on performance (Y).
