Abstract

ABSTRACT 200 liter drum carriers have a crucial role in industry to transport liquid or solid materials in large quantities with optimal efficiency and safety. In this context, this abstract discusses the innovative design of a 200 liter drum transporter which aims to increase efficiency and safety in the transportation process. The result of this design is a transport tool that is equipped with features such as an ergonomic handle, additional safety systems, and a sturdy but light structure. Evaluations of the use of this tool show significant improvements in transportation efficiency, reduced risk of injury to operators, and increased overall productivity. From structural calculations, the 200 Liter Drum Lifting Equipment can lift and is strong enough to support a full drum load, but it requires quite a lot of power so that it can lift a total drum weight of 217 kg. Keywords: manual 200 liter drum lifting equipment
