Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pemerataan beban kerja di divisi Gudang Pascapanen dengan menggunakan metode Full Time Equivalent (FTE) dan Yamazumi Chart. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi distribusi beban kerja antar operator di gudang, mengidentifikasi ketidakseimbangan antara overload dan underload, serta memberikan solusi untuk meratakan beban kerja guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas operasional. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa beberapa posisi mengalami overload, yaitu Kerani QC dan Argonomi serta Tim Bersih 1 dan 2, dengan nilai FTE yang melebihi batas normal (1,28 FTE), sementara posisi Admin Gudang Pasca Panen, Tim Sortir, dan Tim Packing mengalami underload, dengan nilai FTE di bawah 1,0 FTE. Melalui redistribusi beban kerja, tugas-tugas tertentu dipindahkan dari posisi overload ke posisi underload, yang berhasil menciptakan keseimbangan beban kerja yang lebih optimal. Setelah redistribusi, semua posisi operator berada dalam kisaran FTE normal (1,0 - 1,28 FTE), yang menunjukkan pemerataan beban kerja yang lebih baik Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan untuk melakukan pemantauan berkala terhadap beban kerja, memberikan pelatihan tambahan kepada operator untuk meningkatkan fleksibilitas, serta otomatisasi beberapa tugas administratif untuk mengurangi beban kerja manual. Selain itu, optimalisasi kapasitas pada Tim Packing dan Tim Sortir juga diperlukan untuk memastikan semua posisi bekerja secara efisien. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di divisi Gudang Pascapanen, mengurangi ketidakseimbangan beban kerja, dan meningkatkan produktivitas secara keseluruhan. ABSTRACT This research was conducted to analyze the distribution of workload in the Postharvest Warehouse division using the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method and the Yamazumi Chart. The aim of this research is to distribute workload between operators in the warehouse, identify alignment between overload and underload, and provide solutions to even out workload to increase operational efficiency and productivity. The results of the analysis show that several positions are overloaded, namely QC and Argentinian Clerks as well as Clean Teams 1 and 2, with FTE values that exceed the normal limit (1.28 FTE), while the positions of Post-Harvest Warehouse Admin, Sorting Team and Packing Team are underloaded. , with an FTE value below 1.0 FTE. Through workload redistribution, certain tasks are moved from an overloaded position to an underloaded position, which successfully creates a more optimal workload balance. After redistribution, all operator positions are within the normal FTE range (1.0 - 1.28 FTE), which indicates better even distribution of workload. Based on the research results, it is recommended to carry out regular monitoring of workload, providing additional training to operators to improve Concern, as well as automate some administrative tasks to reduce manual workload. Apart from that, optimizing capacity in the Packing Team and Sorting Team is also needed to ensure all positions work efficiently. It is hoped that this research can become the basis for increasing operational efficiency in the Postharvest Warehouse division, reducing workload and increasing overall productivity.
