Abstract

ABSTRAK PT Berlian Tiga Cakra berfokus pada distribusi barang yang sering kali mengalami kendala overstock dan stockout akibat ketidakseimbangan antara permintaan dan pengiriman barang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi skenario distribusi barang demi meningkatkan aliran persediaan, dengan fokus utama pada pemilihan skenario yang terbaik dari tiga skenario yaitu, pengiriman tetap tahunan, max distribusi, dan laju pasokan yang dinamis. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pendektan sistem dinamik menggunakan perangkat lunak vensim PLE 10.2.2 yang memfasilitasi simulasi perilaku distribusi berdasarkan parameter dan variabel yang terkait. Dari hasil simulasi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa skenario pembatasan max distribusi menawarkan performa sistem yang paling stabil dan efisien, dengan rata-rata distribusi sebesar 277.796 pcs produk sohoney jr. Dengan skenario ini, mampu menurunkan risiko overstock, ketersediaan barang tetap terjaga, dan pengirman disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan aktual di berhagai wilayah. Dengan alasan tersebut, skenario max distribusi dipilih sebagai pendektan terbaik untuk diterapkan di PT Berlian Tiga Cakra. ABSTRACT PT Berlian Tiga Cakra focuses on the distribution of goods that often experience overstock and stockout problems due to an imbalance between demand and delivery of goods. The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate goods distribution scenarios to improve inventory flow, with the main focus on selecting the best scenario from three scenarios, namely, annual fixed delivery, max distribution, and dynamic supply rate. The method applied is a dynamic system approach using Vensim PLE 10.2.2 software that facilitates distribution behavior simulation based on related parameters and variables. From the simulation results, it can be concluded that the max distribution restriction scenario offers the most stable and efficient system performance, with an average distribution of 277,796 pcs of sohoney jr products. With this scenario, it is able to reduce the risk of overstock, the availability of goods is maintained, and delivery is adjusted to actual needs in various regions. For these reasons, the max distribution scenario was chosen as the best approach to be implemented at PT Berlian Tiga Cakra.
