Abstract

ABSTRAK Indah Asmarani / 1601110006.P / Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Berlian Maju Motor Palembang ( dibawah bimbingan Bapak Sugiri Dinah,SE.M.S.i dan bapak Muhammad Said,SE.M.S.i Skripsi ini membahas tentang bagaimana Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Berlian Maju Motor Palembang, adapun objek penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah para karyawan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Seberapa besar Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Berlian Maju Motor Palembang, hal ini dapat di lihat dari hasil Uji f secara simultan bahwa ada Pengaruh Pelatihan (X1) dan Komunikasi (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) yang dilihat dari nilai signifikan nya 0,000 < 0,05 (a) , serta hasil dari uji t dalam penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa ada Pengaruh Pelatihan (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 (a) maka H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak. Dan juga terdapat Pengaruh Komunikasi (X2) Terhadap Kinerja Kayawan (Y) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 (a) maka H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak. Adapun hasil uji korelasi dari dua variabel diatas sebesar 0,717 ( R Square ) yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang kuat antara variabel Pelatihan (X1) dan variabel Pelatihan (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan ( Y) Adapun hasil R square (R²) sebesar 0,514 ( 51,4 %) angka tersebut menggambarkan ada nya persentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel Independen Pelatihan (X1) dan Komunikasi (X2 )terhadap variabel dependen Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 51,4 % sedangkan sisa nya yaitu 48,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak disebutkan dalam penelitian ini. Muhammad Said,SE.M.S.i This thesis discusses how the effect of training and communication on the performance of employees of PT. Berlian Maju Motor Palembang, while the object of research in this thesis is the employees. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Training and Communication of Employee Performance at PT. Berlian Maju Motor Palembang, this can be seen from the results of the f test simultaneously that there is the Effect of Training (X1) and Communication (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) which is seen from its significant value of 0,000 <0.05 (a), as well as the results of the t test in this study can be seen that there is the Effect of Training (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) with a significant level of 0,000 <0.05 (a) then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. And there is also the Effect of Communication (X2) on the Performance of Riches (Y) with a significant level of 0,000 <0.05 (a) then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. The correlation test results of the two variables above amounted to 0.717 (R Square) which shows that there is a strong relationship between the Training variable (X1) and the Training variable (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) The R square result (R²) is 0.514 (51 , 4%) this figure illustrates the percentage contribution of the influence of the Independent Training (X1) and Communication (X2) variables to the Employee Performance dependent variable of 51.4% while the remaining 48.6% is influenced by other variables not mentioned in the study this.
