Abstract

Dalam dunia bisnis, pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan perusahaan. Salah satu indikator penting dalam pengelolaan keuangan adalah Return on Investment (ROI), yang mencerminkan seberapa efisien suatu perusahaan menggunakan asetnya untuk menghasilkan keuntungan. ROI yang tinggi menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan mampu memaksimalkan investasi yang dilakukan (Simon Sinek, 2018) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) merupakan salah satu ukuran yang digunakan untuk menilai struktur modal perusahaan. DER menggambarkan proporsi antara utang dan ekuitas, yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan investasi dan persepsi risiko di kalangan investor. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa DER yang tinggi dapat berisiko tetapi juga dapat memberikan peluang pertumbuhan yang lebih besar jika dikelola dengan baik (Brigham & Ehrhardt, 2018).
