Abstract
ABSTRAK MUHAMMAD ALFADRIANSYAH. Pengaruh Rekrutmen, Kompensasi dan Worklife Balance terhadap Kinerja Driver Grabike Palembang (Di bawah bimbingan ibu Lusia Nargis SE.,M.Si dan Ibu Liliana SE.,M.Si) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Rekrutmen, Kompensasi dan Worklife Balance Terhadap Kinerja Driver Grabike Palembang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98 orang dari Driver Grabike di kota Palembang. Teknik yang digunakan adalah Teknik analisis linier berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program komputer Statistical Product and Servis Solution (SPSS) versi 27. Hasil Persamaan Regresi Linier Berganda Y = 63,656 + 0,131 X1 − 0,292 X2 − 0,015 X3. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Rekrutmen, Kompensasi dan Worklife Balance berpengaruh secara simultan Terhadap Kinerja Driver Grabike Palembang dengan signifikan sebesar 0,000. Rekrutmen (X1) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Driver Grabike Palembang karena variabel model Rekrutmen nilai t sig 0,019. Kompensasi (X2) terdapat pengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kincrja Driver Grabike di kota Palembang karena variabel model Kärakteristik Individu nilai t sig 0,002. Worklife Balance (X3) tidak terdapat pengaruh secara parsiai terhadap Kinerja Driver Grabike Palembang karena variabel model Worklife Balance nilai t sig 0,854. The Effect of Recruitment, Compensation, and WorkLife Balance on the Performance of Grabike Drivers in Palembang (Under the guidance of Ms. Lusia Nargis SE., M.Si. and Ms. Liliana SE., M.Si.) This research aims to determine the effect of recruitment, compensation, and work-life balance on the performance of Grabike drivers in Palembang. The sample in this study was 98 Grabike drivers in Palembang. The technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, processed using the computer program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 27. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression Equation Y = 63.656 + 0.131 X1 − 0.292 X2 − 0.015 X3. This study shows that the influence of Recruitment, Compensation and Worklife Balance have a simultaneous effect on the Performance of Palembang Grabike Drivers with a significance of 0.000. Recruitment (X1) has a partial effect on the Performance of Palembang Grabike Drivers because the Recruitment model variable has a t-value of 0.019. Compensation (X2) has a partial effect on the Performance of Grabike Drivers in Palembang because the Individual Characteristics model variable has a t-value of 0.002. Worklife Balance (X3) has no partial effect on the Performance of Palembang Grabike Drivers because the Worklife Balance model variable has a t- value of 0.854.
