Abstract

ABSTRAK Yunita, Pengaruh komunikasi, disiplin kerja, motivasi dan kompensasi Karyawan di PT. Everbright Palembang (Dibawah bimbingan bapak Prof.Dr.H.Sulbahri Madjir. S.E..M.M dan Ibu Kamariah, SE. MM) Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh komunikasi, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan kompensasi secara simultan Terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT. Everbright Palembang. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini sampel sebanyak 51 orang karyawan PT. Everbright Palembang. Dalam menganalisis data penelitian ini digunakan uji regresi linear berganda atau teknik analisis kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh variabel Komunikasi (X1) Disiplin Kerja (X2) Motivasi (X3) dan Kompensasi Terhadap Produktivitas kerja (Y) pada PT. Everbright Palembang. Pihak perusahaan terkait supaya dapat lebih meningkatkan Komunikasi dan Disiplin Kerja agar lebih baik lagi dan menjadi contoh positif bagi para karyawan sehingga menambah nilai dan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Kata kunci : Komunikasi, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, Kompensasi, Produktivitas xiii ABSTRACT Yunita, Influence of communication, work discipline, motivation and employee welfare at PT. Everbright Palembang (Under the guidance of Mr. Prof.Dr.H.Sulbahri Madjir. S.E..M.M and Mrs. Kamariah, SE.MM) The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of communication, work discipline, work motivation and simultaneous increase in the influence of work productivity at PT. Everbright Palembang. The sampling method used was a purposive sampling technique. In this research, the sample was 51 employees of PT. Everbright Palembang. In analyzing this research data, multiple linear regression tests or quantitative analysis techniques were used. The results of this research are that there is an influence of the variables Communication (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Motivation (X3) and Compensation on work productivity (Y) at PT. Everbright Palembang. The company concerned can further improve Communication and Work Discipline so that it is even better and becomes a positive example for employees so that it adds value and can increase work productivity.
