Abstract

ABSTRAK ANGGUN DWI SAPITRI, Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Petugas Keamanan PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). (Dibawah Bimbingan Bapak Baidowi Abdhie, S.E., M.P dan Ibu Syahyuni, S.E. MM) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Lingkungan kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Petugas Keamanan PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). Objek penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu Perusahaan di Kota Palembang yang terletak di Jl. Brigjen Hasan Kasim/ Purwosari Raya Lr. Simanampang No. 133 RT.49 RW.10 yaitu PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan penyebaran koesioner dalam bentuk google form sebagai metode pengumpuulan data. Jumlah populasi 103 dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 51 petugas keamanan PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART), penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Ada pengaruh Lingkungan kerja secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Petugas Keamanan pada PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). Ada pengaruh Disiplin kerja secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Petugas Keamanan pada PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). Ada pengaruh Motivasi secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Petugas Keamanan pada PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). Ada pengaruh Lingkungan kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Petugas Keamanan pada PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance at PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). The object of this research was conducted at a company located in Palembang City, situated at Jl. Brigjen Hasan Kasim/Purwosari Raya Lr. Simanampang No. 133 RT.49 RW.10, namely PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). This study employed a quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms as the data collection technique. The population consisted of 103 employees, while the sample used in this study comprised 51 employees of PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing techniques. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a partial effect on employee performance at PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). Work discipline also has a partial effect on employee performance at PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). Furthermore, motivation has a partial effect on employee performance at PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). Simultaneously, the work environment, work discipline, and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART).
