Abstract

MUHAMMAD RIDHO ARDIANSYAH. Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART) Palembang. Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Tridinanti Palembang. Dibimbing oleh Dr. Sari Sakarina, S.E., M.M. dan Herlan Djunaidi, S.E., M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Pelatihan, Kompetensi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). Objek penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu Perusahaan di Kota Palembang yang terletak di Jl. Brigjen Hasan Kasim/ Purwosari Raya Lr. Simanampang No. 133 RT.49 RW.10 yaitu PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan penyebaran koesioner dalam bentuk google form sebagai metode pengumpuulan data. Jumlah populasi 42 dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 42 karyawan PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART), penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Ada pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). Ada pengaruh Disiplin Kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). Ada pengaruh Budaya Organisasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). Ada pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART). This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of job training, work discipline, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART) Palembang. The object of this research is PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART), a company located at Jl. Brigjen Hasan Kasim/Purwosari Raya, Lr. Simanampang No. 133 RT.49 RW.10, Palembang. This research employed a quantitative research method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires using Google Forms. The population of this study consisted of 42 employees, and all 42 employees were selected as the research sample using a saturated sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that job training has a partial and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART) Palembang. Work discipline also has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, organizational culture has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, job training, work discipline, and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria (SMART) Palembang.
