Abstract

ABSTRAK Adelia Tri Putri. 2026. Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal, Efikasi Diri, dan Minat Kerja terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa Semester Akhir Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tridinanti. Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Tridinanti. Dibimbing oleh Yunidar Erlina, S.E., M.Si. dan Suharti, S.E., M.M. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal, efikasi diri, dan minat kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa semester akhir Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tridinanti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 73 mahasiswa Angkatan 2022 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling melalui metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, kofisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan komunikasi interpersonal, efikasi diri, dan minat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 91,891 dan signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05). Secara parsial, komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,418, t hitung sebesar 5,573, dan signifikansi 0,000. Efikasi diri juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,240, t hitung sebesar 3,884, dan signifikansi 0,000. Selanjutnya, minat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,367, t hitung sebesar 5,319, dan signifikansi 0,000. Selain itu, nilai Adjusted R Square (R2) sebesar 0,791 menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal, efikasi diri, dan minat kerja mampu menjelaskan 79,1% variasi kesiapan kerja mahasiswa, sedangkan 20,9% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal, Efikasi Diri, Minat Kerja, Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa. This study aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication, self-efficacy, and work interest on the work readiness of final-year students in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Tridinanti University. The research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population consisted of 73 students from the 2022 cohort, and the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. The data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, the F-test, and the t-test. The results of the study indicate that interpersonal communication, self-efficacy, and work interest simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on students' work readiness, with an F-value of 91.891 and a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). Partially, interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on work readiness with a regression coefficient of 0.418, a t-value of 5.573, and a significance value of 0.000. Self-efficacy also has a positive and significant effect with a regression coefficient of 0.240, a t-value of 3.884, and a significance value of 0.000. Furthermore, work interest has a positive and significant effect on work readiness with a regression coefficient of 0.367, a t-value of 5.319, and a significance value of 0.000. In addition, the Adjusted R Square (R²) value of 0.791 indicates that interpersonal communication, self-efficacy, and work interest explain 79.1% of the variance in students' work readiness, while the remaining 20.9% is explained by other factors outside the scope of this study.
