Abstract

ABSTRACT Good governance is a management governance principle that can support performance improvement. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transparency, accountability, and responsibility for school financial management on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muqimus Sunnah Palembang. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach by collecting data using questionnaires and observations. The study population was all MTs teachers. Muqimus Sunnah Palembang. The total is 48 teachers, data analysis was carried out using Partial Leas Spuare (PLS). Of the 38 indicators contained in the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muqimus Sunnah Palembang Assessment data, only 27 indicators have good validity and reliability towards the model. The aggregate analysis of the R-Square value for the Responsibility variable is 0.838. The acquisition of this value explains that the percentage of the amount of responsibility can be explained by Transparency and Accountability of 83.8%. Then for the R-Square value obtained by the Teacher Performance variable of 0.831. This value explains that Teacher Performance can be explained by Transparency and Responsibility of 83.1%.
