Abstract

ABSTRAK Dharma Pujianti. NPM. 22011100185. Pengaruh Struktur Aset, Profitabilitas Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Kebijakan Hutang Pada Perusahaan Sektor Kesehatan Tahun 2023-2025. ( Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Mariyam Zanariah,S.E., M.M dan Ibu Venny Mayasari,S.E.,M.M) Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur aset, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan hutang pada perusahaan Sektor Kesehatan tahun 2023-2025. Berdasarkan jumlah populasi sebanyak 38 perusahaan sektor kesehatan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Sampling dengan memakai teknik purposive sampling, hasil sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan sektor kesehatan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang dirancang untuk menentukan tingkat hubungan variabel-variabel yang berbeda dalam suatu populasi dan melakukan pengujian hipotesis dengan mengacu kepada hubungan antara 4 variabel yaitu: 3 variabel bebas meliputi struktur aset (X1), profitabilitas (X2) dan ukuran perusahaan (X3) serta variabel terikat yaitu kebijakan hutang (Y). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian validitas instrumen keempat variabel penelitian yang telah diuraikan diatas, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel struktur aset, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan secara simultan terhadap kebijakan hutang. Hasil uji t (parsial) menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara struktur aset terhadap kebijakan hutang, kemudian profitabilitas juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang, selanjutnya ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang pada perusahaan sektor kesehatan tahun 2023-2025 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. The Influence of Asset Structure, Profitability, and Company Size on Debt Policy in Healthcare Companies 2023-2025. (Under the guidance of Ms. Mariyam Zanariah, S.E., M.M. and Ms. Venny Mayasari, S.E., M.M.) This thesis aims to determine the influence of asset structure, profitability, and company size on debt policy in healthcare companies 2023-2025. The sample size is 38 healthcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 15 healthcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study was designed to determine the level of relationship between different variables in a population and to test hypotheses by referring to the relationship between four variables: three independent variables: asset structure (X1), profitability (X2), and firm size (X3), and the dependent variable, debt policy (Y). Based on the results of the instrument validity test for the four research variables described above, it can be concluded that asset structure, profitability, and firm size simultaneously influence debt policy. The results of the partial t-test indicate a significant effect between asset structure and debt policy. Furthermore, profitability also significantly influences debt policy. Furthermore, firm size significantly influences debt policy in healthcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2023 and 2025.
