Abstract
Under the guidance of Ms. Dr. Hj. Tri Suyantiningsih, SE, MM and Mr. Dr. Djatmiko Noviantoro, SE, M.Si This study aims to determine the effect of job division and job promotion on job loyalty and its implications for the work performance of BPJS Employees at Palembang branch. In this study the population is the employees of the Palembang Branch BPJS Ketenagakerjaan with 45 employees. Sampling in this study using saturated sampling technique, namely sampling is done as a whole from the total population. From the results of this study, the division of labor has a significant positive effect on Job Loyalty of BPJS Employees at Palembang Branch, this is shown by the t statistic of 25,815 ≥ 1.96 or P-value 0.000 <0.05. Job Promotion has an effect on Employee Loyalty of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Palembang Branch, this is shown by the t statistic of 2.771 ≥ 1.96 or P-value 0.006 <0.05. The division of labor has an effect on the work performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees in Palembang, this is shown by the t-statistic of 3,468 ≥ 1.96 or P-value 0.001 <0.05. Job promotion has an effect on the work performance of BPJS Employees at Palembang Branch, this is indicated by the t statistic of 1.978 <1.96 or P-value 0.049> 0.05. Job loyalty has an effect on the work performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees in Palembang Branch, this is shown by the t statistic of 2.689 ≥ 1.96 or P-value 0.007 <0.05. and the indirect effect between the variables of the division of labor on work performance which is mediated by the variable Job Loyalty has an indirect effect or in the sense that it can be a mediating variable and the Job Promotion variable on job performance which is mediated by the Job Loyalty variable is significant <0.05 means that it has a significant value. Indirect influence or in the sense that it can be a mediating variable as well as the R Square value of the Job Loyalty variable of 0.826, which means that the work performance variable which can be explained by Job Loyalty (Y1) on the division of labor and job promotion is 82.6%. For the value of R Square for work performance of 0.879, it means that the variable of work performance can be explained by the variables of Job Loyalty, Job Distribution and Job Promotion at 87.9%.
