Abstract
ABSTRAK RISKI SUHENDRI… Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Reward dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) ULaMM Sako Palembang. Dibawah bimbingan ibu Lusia Nargis, SE, M.Si dan Ibu Alinadia, SE, MM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Reward dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) ULaMM Sako Palembang. Penelitian memakan waktu selama 4 bulan yaitu mulai bulan November 2019 s/d Februari 2020 termasuk merancang, melaksanakan dan melaporkan hasil penelitian. Ada tiga hipotesis yang diuji dalam penelitian ini, pertama, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Reward terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Punishment secara bersamasama Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) ULaMM Sako Palembang sebanyak 32 orang dengan teknik sampling adalah sampel jenuh atau sensus. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan pada taraf kepercayaan 5 persen menemukan ( 1 ) Koefisien korelasi antara Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan adalah 0,867 ( 2 ) Koefisien korelasi antara Reward terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 0,169 ( 3 ) Koefisien korelasi antara Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 0,982. Sedangkan Koefisien Determinasi ketiga variable bebas terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sbesar 0,967 atau 96,7%, yang berarti sebesar 96,7% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh Kepemimpinan, Reward dan Punishment dan sebesar 3,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil Hipotesis secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel Kepemimpinan (X1), Reward (X2) dan Punishment (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) Secara Parsial, variable yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan (Y) secara signifikan adalah Punishment (X3) dengan nilai t hitung > t table (13.542 > 1.697) Sedangkan untuk variabel Kepemimpinan (X1) dan variabel Reward (X2) tidak ada pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Under the guidance of Mrs. Lusia Nargis, SE, M.Si and Mrs. Alinadia, SE, MM. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, reward and punishment on employee performance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) ULaMM Sako Palembang. The research took 4 months, starting from November 2019 to February 2020 including designing, implementing and reporting the research results. There are three hypotheses tested in this study, first, there is a significant influence between leadership and employee performance. Second, there is a significant influence between rewards on employee performance. Third, there is a significant influence between Punishment and Employee Performance. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) ULaMM Sako Palembang as many as 32 people with the sampling technique is saturated sample or census. The results of the analysis carried out at the 5 percent confidence level found (1) the correlation coefficient between leadership and employee performance was 0.867 (2) the correlation coefficient between rewards on employee performance was 0.169 (3) the correlation coefficient between punishments and employee performance was 0.982. While the coefficient of determination of the three independent variables on employee performance is 0.967 or 96.7%, which means that 96.7% of employee performance is influenced by leadership, reward and punishment and 3.3% is influenced by other variables not examined Hypothesis results simultaneously there is a significant influence variable Leadership (X1), Reward (X2) and Punishment (X3) on Employee Performance (Y). Partially, the variable that significantly affects Employee Performance (Y) is Punishment (X3) with t count> t table (13,542> 1,697) As for the leadership variable (X1) and reward variable (X2) there is no significant influence on employee performance (Y).
