Abstract

Telah dilakukan perancangan dan pembuatan alat pemotong dan penekuk behel yang diopeasikan secara manual, yang menggunakan mata potong dengan ukuran mata potong 43,5 mm. Gaya geser yang terjadi pada mata potong sebesar34,76 kg dan tegangan geser yang terjadi sebesar 0,289 kg/mm2. Maksimal behel yang dapat dipotong 8 mm dengan gaya 20,16 kg dengan menggunakan panjang lengan 80 cm dengan bahan baja karbon cor (SC37), yang memiliki tegangan bengkok 1,0519 kg/cm2 dan tegangan izin 3,083 kg/cm2. Kata Kunci : pemotongbehel, penekukbehel.
