Abstract

ABSTRAK NIKO HERLAMBANG, “PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI, DAN PELATIHAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA HOTEL 101 KOTA PALEMBANG”, DIBAWAH BIMBINGAN BAPAK M.SAID., SE., M.Si DAN IBU UMI HASANAH., SE., M.M Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuipengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, MotivasidanPelatihanKerjaTerhadapKinerjaKaryawan Hotel 101 Kota Palembang, makabisaditarikkesimpulansebangaiberikutSecarabersama-sama (simultan) terdapatpengaruhsignifikandarivariabel Gaya Kepemimpinan, MotivasidanPelatihanKerjaTerhadapKinerjaKaryawan Hotel 101 Kota Palembang, dimana F hitung (44,968) lebihbesardaripadanilai F tabel (2,76) dengantingkatsignifikandibawah 0,05 yaitu 0,000. Atasdasarini, makahipotesispenelitian yang diajukansebelumnyadapatditerimakarenaterbuktikebenarannya (Ha diterimadan Ho ditolak).Secaraparsialpengaruhvariabel X1 (Gaya Kepemimpinan) terhadapkinerjakaryawandiperolehnilai t hitung 4,012 lebihbesardaripada t tabel 2,002 dengannilaisignifikansebesartsig 0,000 yang berartilebihbesardarinilai α = < 0,05. Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) secaraparsialberpengaruhnyataterhadapkinerjakaryawan (Y).Atasdasarini pula sehingavariabelX2 (Motivasi) dan X3 (PelatihanKerja) dapatdimasukansebagaisalahsatuvariabelpengaruhbagiKinerjaKaryawan Hotel 101 Kota Palembang. DiperolehKoefisienDeterminasi (R2 = 0,703 ). Hasilinisecara statistic sangatsignifikanartinya 70,3%, secarabersama-samadapatmenjelaskanpengaruhdarivariabelGaya Kepemimpinan, MotivasidanPelatihanKerjaTerhadapKinerjaKaryawan Hotel 101 Kota Palembang, sedangkansisanya 29.7% dapatdijelaskanolehvariabel yang lain yang tidakdimasukandalampenelitianini. Kata Kunci :Gaya Kepemimpinan, MotivasidanPelatihanKerja, MSDM ABSTRACT NIKO HERLAMBANG, "THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STYLE, MOTIVATION, AND WORK TRAINING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT HOTEL 101, PALEMBANG CITY", UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF FATHER M.SAID., SE., M.Si AND IBU UMI HASANAH., SE., M.M This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Motivation and Job Training on Employee Performance at Hotel 101 Palembang City, so the following conclusions can be drawn together (simultaneously) there is a significant influence of leadership style, motivation and job training variables on hotel employee performance. 101 Palembang City, where F count (44.968) is greater than the F table value (2.76) with a significant level below 0.05, namely 0.000. On this basis, the previously proposed research hypothesis can be accepted because it is proven to be true (Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected). Partially the influence of the variable X1 (Leadership Style) on employee performance, the t value of 4.012 is greater than the t table of 2.002 with a significant value of tsig 0.000, which means that it is greater than the value of α = <0.05. Leadership Style (X1) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). On this basis, the variables X2 (Motivation) and X3 (Job Training) can be included as one of the influence variables for theEmployee Performance of Hotel 101 Palembang City Employees. Obtained the coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.703). This result is statistically very significant, meaning that 70.3% together can explain the influence of the leadership style, motivation and job training variables on the employee performance of Hotel 101 Palembang City, while the remaining 29.7% can be explained by other variables that are not included in the this research.
