Abstract
ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan alat pemotong pipa dengan diameter 50cm dengan tebal 5 mm, yang mana menggunakan lengan pencekam bagian kanan 80 cm dan kiri 80 cm. untuk menganalisa kecepatan pemotongan pipa membutuhkan waktu rata-rata 16,20 menit untuk 1 putaran pipa yang berdiameter 50cm dengan tebal 5mm yang digerakan secara manual. Semua bahan yang digunakan bahan baja karbon cor (SC 37), yang mana memiliki tegangan izin 296 kg/cm2. Kata kunci : Alat pemotong pipa ABSTRACT A pipe cutting tool with a diameter of 50 cm and a thickness of 5 mm has been carried out, which uses a gripping arm on the right of 80 cm and the left of 80 cm. To analyze the pipe cutting speed, it takes an average of 16.20 minutes for 1 round of pipe with a diameter of 50cm and a thickness of 5mm which is moved manually. All materials used are cast carbon steel (SC 37), which has a allowable stress of 296 kg/cm2. Keywords: Pipe cutting tools
