Abstract

Tujuan dari adanya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari beberapa variabel seperti beban kerja, stres kerja dan kofnlik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Studio Kreasindo Palembang, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Studio Kreasindo Palembang dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh yang dimana semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Dalam penelitian ini berasal dari data primer berupa penyebaran kusioner data yang telah di dapat melalui proses analisis dengan menggunakan program statistical package for social science (SPSS ver 2022) menggukanan regresi Linier Bergandara dalam penelitian Y 0,108 + (-0,178X1) + (-0,572X) + (-0,252X3) dan regresi sederhana. Uji hipotesis menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa beban kerja, stres kerja dan konflik kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan secara individual.
