Abstract

Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja,Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Palembang Cindi Agustin Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Tridinanti Palembang ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Palembaang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompensasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai,kepuasan kerja terhadap kompensasi kinerja pegawai, dan pengaruh disiplin terhadap kepuasan kerja. teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik jenuh dengan jumlah 61 responden yang merupakan karyawan di pt telkom indonesia witel palembang. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah spss v.25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kinerja Karyawan The Effect of Work Discipline, Compensation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Palembang Cindi Agustin Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, Tridinanti University Palembang ABSTRACT This study discusses how the influence of work discipline, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Palembaang. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work discipline on job satisfaction, work compensation on employee performance, job satisfaction on employee performance compensation, and the effect of discipline on job satisfaction. the sampling technique uses a saturation technique with a total of 61 respondents who are employees at PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Palembang. The analytical test tool used is SPSS v.25. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the variables of work discipline, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance.
