Abstract

ABSTRAK LILIS PUSPITA SARI, Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja, Insentif, Disiplin Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Palemabang. (Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Mariyam Zanariah, SE., MM dan ibu Alinadia, SE.,MM) Skripsi ini pada dasarnya membahas Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja, Insentif, Disiplin Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, menganalisi serta membuktikan pengaruh pengalaman kerja, insentif, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Palembang baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial, yang dimana variabel paling berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 99 karyawan (tetap maupun kontrak). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji realibilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji simultan (F) dan uji parsial (t) dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisa terhadap Uji F, maka diperoleh nilai signifikan (0,000 < 0,05) sehingga variabel pengalaman kerja, insentif, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sedangan dari hasil Uji t maka diperoleh secara parsial Variabel pengalaman kerja (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, Variabel Insentif (X2) berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, Variabel disiplin kerja (X3) berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, Variabel kepuasan kerja (X4) berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Selanjutnya juga diperoleh Koefisien determinan (R2 ) maka diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,723 yang dimana mengandung arti bahwa variabel pengalaman kerja (X1), insentif (X2), disiplin kerja (X3), dan kepuasan kerja (X4) memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Kata kunci : Pengalaman kerja, insentif, disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja dan produktivitas kerja karyawan ABSTRAK LILIS PUSPITA SARI, The Effect of Work Experience, Incentives, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Productivity of PT. (Under the guidance of Mrs. Mariyam Zanariah, SE., MM and Mrs. Alinadia, SE.,MM) This thesis basically discusses the Effect of Work Experience, Incentives, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Productivity. The purpose of this study is to know, analyze and prove the effect of work experience, incentives, work discipline and job satisfaction on the work productivity of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Palembang both simultaneously and partially, where the most influential variable on employee work productivity. The respondents used in this study amounted to 99 employees (permanent and contract). The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and questionnaires). The analysis techniques used are validity test, reality test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, simultaneous test (F) and partial test (t) using SPSS version 26.0. Based on the results of the analysis of Test F, a significant value was obtained (0.000 < 0.05) so that the variables of work experience, incentives, work discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Meanwhile, from the results of the t test, it is obtained partially The variable work experience (X1) has no effect on work productivity employees, Variable Incentive (X2) affects employee work productivity, Variable work discipline (X 3) affects employee work productivity, Variable job satisfaction (X4) affects employee work productivity.
