Abstract

ABSTRAK PUTRI MAHARANI, Pengaruh Insentif, Disiplin Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Displan Consult KSO. Skripsi ini membahas Pengaruh Insentif, Disiplin Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan membuktikan Pengaruh Insentif, Disiplin Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Displan Consult KSO secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi, uji simultan (F) dan uji parsial (t) dengan menggunakan SPSS 23.0. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : Insentif, Disiplin Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan. Variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan. Variabel Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan. Pihak terkait supaya dapat lebih meningkatkan Insentif agar tidak terjadinya disiplin kerja dan iklim organisasi berlebihan yang dapat mengakibatkan kurangnya efektivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Disiplan Consult KSO agar dapat menimbulkan persepsi positif di mata karyawan. Displan Consult KSO. This thesis discusses the Influence of Incentives, Work Discipline and Organizational Climate on Employee Work Effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to determine, analyze, and prove the influence of incentives, work discipline and organizational climate on employee effectiveness at PT. Displan Consult KSO simultaneously or partially. This study uses multiple linear analysis. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, simultaneous test (F) and partial test (t) using SPSS 23.0. The results of this study are as follows: Incentives, Work Discipline and Organizational Climate simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness. While partially the Work Discipline variable has a significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness. Work Discipline Variable has a significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness. Organizational Climate Variables have a significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness. Related parties in order to further increase incentives so that work discipline and excessive organizational climate do not occur which can result in a lack of effectiveness of employees at PT.
