Abstract

ALCA NASTITI WAFIKA, (Di bawah bimbingan Ibu Lusia Nargis, SE., M.Si dan Ibu Yuni Adinda Putri, SE., M. Si). Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan, Motivasi dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Mega Creative Promosind (MCP) di Kota Palembang. Hasil penelitian adalah persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 2,277 + 0,281 X1 + 0,423 X2 + 0,334 X3 + e. Secara simultan variabel Pelatihan (X1), Motivasi (X1) dan Beban Kerja (X1) berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan nilai Fhitung 45,019 dan nilai sig. 0,000. Secara parsial variabel Pelatihan (X1) berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja (Y) dengan nilai thitung 3,230 dengan nilai sig. 0,003. Secara parsial variabel Motivasi (X2) berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan nilai thitung 4,163 dan nilai sig. 0,000. Secara parsial variabel Beban Kerja (X3) berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan nilai thitung 2,615 dan nilai sig. 0,013.
