Abstract

ABSTRAK Siti Isnaini.1901110089. Pengaruh Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Disiplin Kerja, Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Autotec Cabang Km. 7 Palembang. Dosen Pembimbing 1 Ibu Dr. Sari Sakarina, SE. MM dan Dosen Pembimbing 2 Ibu Nur Effen, SE. MM. Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tridinanti Palembang. Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Besarnya Pengaruh Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Disiplin Kerja, Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Autotec Cabang Km. 7 Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang seluruh anggota populasinya digunakan sebagai sampel, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 responden. Untuk melakukan proses perhitungan komputerisasi, penulis menggunakan program computer SPSS (Statistical Program of Social Science). Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis statistik. Dari hasil perhitungan yang ada hasil uji multikolinearitas, variabel bebas menunjukan bahwa nilai VIF = 1,845, 1,849 dan 2,947 dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 10, jika nilai VIF < 10, maka dapat disimpulkan data bebas dari gejala multikolinieritas. Berdasarkan hasil tabel uji autokorelasi diketahui untuk nilai DW = 1,824 selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan nilai tabel signifikansi 5% (0,05) dengan jumlah sampel 35 dan jumlah variabel independen 3 (K=3) sehingga didapatkan hasil dU dari tabel r = 1,2833. Nilai DW lebih besar dari batas dU dan kurang dari (3-dU) = 3- 1,2833 = 1,7167. didapat variabel Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Fhitung sebesar 53,389 dengan signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. The purpose of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Work Discipline, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at CV. Autotec Branch Km. 7 Palembang. The sampling technique in which all members of the population are used as samples, so that the sample in this study is 35 respondents. To carry out the computerized calculation process, the authors use the SPSS (Statistical Program of Social Science) computer program. The data analysis method used in this study is a statistical analysis method. From the calculation results of the multicollinearity test results, the independent variables show that the VIF value = 1.845, 1.849 and 2.947 where the value is smaller than 10, if the VIF value is <10, it can be concluded that the data is free from multicollinearity symptoms. Based on the results of the autocorrelation test table it is known that the value of DW = 1.824 is then compared with the value of the significance table of 5% (0.05) with a total sample of 35 and the number of independent variables 3 (K = 3) so that dU results are obtained from table r = 1.2833. The DW value is greater than the dU limit and less than (3-dU) = 3- 1.2833 = 1.7167. it is obtained that the variables Occupational Safety and Health, Work Discipline and Organizational Culture simultaneously influence Employee Performance with a Fcount of 53.389 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05.
