Abstract

ABSTRAK Reni Lestari, Pengaruh Rekrutmen Sumber Daya Manusia, Komunikasi, Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Driver Grab Di Palembang, (Di bawah bimbingan bapak kartawinata SE,MP dan Ibu Alinadia SE,MM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh signifikan rekrutmen sumber daya manusia, komunikasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja driver grab di palembang. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebayak 100 orang responden. Jenis penelitian ini adalah data primer dan skunder. Adapun data primer diperoleh penulis dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden, dengan melakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Sedangkan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji f dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan spss ver.24 pada uji f diperoleh f hitung sebesar (133,454 > 2,70) diketahui bahwa rekrutmen, komunikasi dan kompensasi secara bersama– sama memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja driver grab di palembang. Berdasarkan uji t atau uji parsial rekrutmen (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja driver grab di palembang dengan t hitung 3,426 dengan signifikan 0,050. Secara parsial komunikasi (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja driver dengan t hitung 7,929 dengan signifikan 0,001. Secara parsial kompensasi (X3) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja driver dengan t hitung 0,339 dengan signifikan 0,735. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence of human resource recruitment, communication and compensation on the performance of Grab drivers in Palembang. The population and sample in this study were 100 respondents. This type of research is primary data and skunder. The primary data was obtained by the author by distributing questionnaires to respondents, by conducting validity tests and reliability tests. While the hypothesis test is carried out with the f test and t test. Based on the results of data processing with spss ver.24 in test f obtained f count of (133.454 > 2.70) it is known that recruitment, communication and compensation together have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Grab drivers in Palembang. Based on the t test or partial recruitment test (X1) has a significant effect on the performance of grab drivers in Palembang with a t count of 3,426 with a significant 0,050. Partial communication (X2) has a significant effect on driver performance with t count 7.929 with a significant 0.001.
