Abstract

ABSTRACT ANDI, The Effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation, Creativity, and Customer Loyalty on the Success of Babershop Businesses in Palembang City. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence of Entrepreneurship Orientation, Creativity, and Customer Loyalty on the success of the Babershop Business in Palembang City. The population and sample in this study were 30 respondents. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. As for the primary data obtained by the author by distributing questionnaires to respondents, by testing the validity and reliability tests. While hypothesis testing is done by F test and t test. Based on the results of data research with SPSS Ver.25 on the F test obtained F count of 9,502 with a sig level of 0.000 because sig F <0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it is known that Entrepreneurial Orientation, Creativity, and Customer Loyalty together provide positive and significant influence on the success of the Babershop Business in the City of Palembang. Based on the t test or partial test Entrepreneurial Orientation (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance with t count 2,674 with a significance of 0.013. Partially Creativity (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance with t count 2,626 with a significance of 0.014. Partially Customer Loyalty (X3) has a significant effect on Employee Performance. with t count 2972 with a significance of 0.006. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Orientation, Creativity, and Customer Loyalty. ABSTRAK ANDI, Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Kreatifitas, Dan Loyalitas Pelanggan Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Babershop Di Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh signifikan Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Kreatifitas, Dan Loyalitas Pelanggan Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Babershop Di Kota Palembang. Populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang responden. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Adapun data primer diperoleh penulis dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden, dengan melakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Sedangkan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji F dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian data dengan SPSS Ver.25 pada uji F diperoleh F hitung sebesar 9.502 dengan tingkat sig 0,000 karena sig F <0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, diketahui bahwa Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Kreatifitas, Dan Loyalitas Pelanggan secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Babershop Di Kota Palembang. Berdasarkan uji t atau uji secara parsial Orientasi Kewirausahaan (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan t hitung 2.674 dengan signifikansi 0,013. Secara parsial Kreatifitas (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan t hitung 2.626 dengan signifikansi 0,014. Secara parsial Loyalitas Pelanggan (X3) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. dengan t hitung 2972 dengan signifikansi 0,006. Kata Kunci: Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Kreatifitas, Dan Loyalitas Pelanggan.
