Abstract

ABSTRAK Meidy Pratama Putra. NPM. 1901110173. Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Mitra Bangun Sriwijaya Abadi. Dosen Pembimbing 1 Bapak Muhammad Said,S.E.,M.Si dan Dosen Pembimbing 2 Ibu Frecilia Nanda Melvani,S.E.,M.M. Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Universitas Tridinanti.2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Mitra Bangun Sriwijaya Abadi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Mitra Bangun Sriwijaya Abadi Palembang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Dari hasil perhitungan yang ada hasil uji multikolinearitas, variabel bebas menunjukan bahwa nilai VIF = 1,385, 1,812 dan 1,548 dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 10, jika nilai VIF < 10, maka dapat disimpulkan data bebas dari gejala multikolinieritas. Berdasarkan hasil tabel uji autokorelasi diketahui untuk nilai DW = 1,549 selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan nilai tabel signifikansi 5% (0,05) dengan jumlah sampel 50 dan jumlah variabel independen 3 (K=3) sehingga didapatkan hasil dU dari tabel r = 1,4206. Nilai DW lebih besar dari batas dU dan kurang dari (3-dU) = 3 - 1,4206 = 1,5794. Berdasarkan hasil regresi berganda antara Variabel Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Mitra Bangun Sriwijaya Abadi diperoleh nilai konstantanya sebesar 9,202 koefisien regresi 0,055, 0,411 dan 0,187. Berdasarkan Uji F didapat variabel Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Fhitung sebesar 11,331 dengan signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Discipline, Work Environment and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) on Employee Performance at PT. Mitra Bangun Sriwijaya Abadi. The sample in this study were all employees of PT. Mitra Bangun Sriwijaya Abadi Palembang with a total sample of 50 people. From the calculation results of the multicollinearity test results, the independent variables show that the VIF value = 1.385, 1.812 and 1.548 where the value is smaller than 10, if the VIF value < 10, it can be concluded that the data is free from multicollinearity symptoms. Based on the results of the autocorrelation test table it is known that the value of DW = 1.549 is then compared with the value of the significance table of 5% (0.05) with a total sample of 50 and the number of independent variables 3 (K = 3) so that the dU result is obtained from table r = 1.4206. The DW value is greater than the dU limit and less than (3-dU) = 3 - 1.4206 = 1.5794. Based on the results of multiple regression between the Variables of Work Discipline, Work Environment and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) on Employee Performance at PT. Mitra Bangun Sriwijaya Abadi obtained constant values of 9.202, regression coefficients of 0.055, 0.411 and 0.187. Based on the F test, it was found that the variables of Work Discipline, Work Environment and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) simultaneously had an effect on Employee Performance with an Fcount of 11.331 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05.
