Abstract

ABSTRAK Four Tien Anisah. NPM. 1901110084. Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Kelvin Indotama Group. Dengan Pembimbing 1 Ibu Dr. M. Ima Andriyani, SE., M. Si dan Pembimbing 2 Ibu Nyayu Khairani Putri, SE, M, Si. Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tridinanti. 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Kelvin Indotama Group. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan interview (Wawancara), Kuisioner (Angket), Observasi (Pengamatan), dan gabungan ketiganya Dalam penelitian ini, Untuk jumlah keseluruhan sampel yang ada di PT. Kelvin Indotama Group 80 karyawan. Hasil penelitian bahwa F hitung variabel Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi dan Kecerdasan Emosional mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan terhadap variabel KInerja Karyawan artinya ada pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi dan Kecerdasan Emosional secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Kelvin Indotama Group. Berdasarkan nilai t hitung terlihat bahwa t hitung variabel Lingkungan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan artinya Lingkungan Kerja (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh nyata terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Kemudian berdasarkan nilai t hitung terlihat bahwa t hitung variabel Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel KInerja Karyawan artinya terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel Motivasi (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan(Y). selanjutnya berdasarkan nilai t hitung terlihat bahwa t hitung variabel Kecerdasan Emosional mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan artinya terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel Kecerdasan Emosional (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, motivation and emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT Kelvin Indotama Group. There are two data sources used in this research, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, questionnaires, observations and a combination of the three. In this research, for the total number of samples at PT. Kelvin Indotama Group 80 employees. The results of the research show that F calculated for the Work Environment, Motivation and Emotional Intelligence variables has a significant influence simultaneously on the Employee Performance variable, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence of the Work Environment, Motivation and Emotional Intelligence on the Employee Performance of PT Kelvin Indotama Group. Based on the calculated t value, it can be seen that the t calculated Work Environment variable has a partially significant influence on the Employee Performance variable, meaning that the Work Environment (X1) partially has a real effect on Employee Performance (Y). Then, based on the calculated t value, it can be seen that the t calculated Motivation variable has a partial influence on the Employee Performance variable, meaning that there is a partial influence between the Motivation variable (X2) on Employee Performance (Y). Furthermore, based on the calculated t value, it can be seen that the t calculated Emotional Intelligence variable has a partial influence on the Employee Performance variable, meaning that there is a partial influence between the Emotional Intelligence variable (X3) on Employee Performance (Y).
