Abstract

During the distribution process, disruptions often occur at PLN ULP Rivai. Many things can cause disruption to the distribution of electric power in the distribution network, both internal and external. From the internal side, it can be caused by components, equipment, poles, transformers, while externally it can be caused by interference by trees, natural disasters, third parties/animals, kites. In an effort to increase the reliability of the distribution network, both internal and external caused disruptions. using the SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Duration Index) method, the number of disturbances, SAIDI (System Average Interuption Duration Index) the duration of the disturbance, and ENS the amount of energy that cannot be distributed by the system. From the SAIFI calculations at the Bukit Siguntang GI, of the ten feeders, the largest SAIFI value is the Kancil feeder, 0.91 times/customer/year, and the smallest SAIFI value, the Deer feeder, is 0.01 times/customer/year. Of the ten feeders, SAIFI is still categorized as reliable because smaller than the standard value of SPLN No. 68-2 1986, namely 3.84 times/customer/year. From the SAIDI calculations at the Bukit Siguntang GI, of the ten feeders, the largest SAIFI value is the Kancil feeder, 4.28 hours/customer/year, and the smallest SAIDI value is the Deer feeder and 0.02 hours/customer/year. Of the ten feeders, SAIDI is still categorized as reliable. because it is smaller than the standard value of SPLN No. 68-2 1986, namely 25.30 hours/customer/year.From the calculation of the ENS value at the Bukit Siguntang GI from the ten feeders, it is 26977.1 kWh. The price of PLN electricity per kWh is 1,444.70 kWh, so the losses incurred due to outages or disruptions to the Bukit Siguntang GI during 2022 are IDR 38,973,816.37.
